1. Our role as an agency

The Creators CLB is an independent creator and talent agency. We help new and established adult creators develop their accounts and brands through marketing strategy, social media support, platform guidance, creative direction, audience development, and other lawful growth services.

The Creators CLB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or acting on behalf of OnlyFans or any other third-party platform. Any reference to a third-party platform is for descriptive purposes only. Each platform has its own rules, terms, verification requirements, and account policies.

2. Eligibility and applications

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement with us.
• Information submitted in an application must be accurate, current, and your own.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee representation, acceptance, income, access to any platform, or a particular outcome.
• We may decline, pause, or end discussions or services where we consider this appropriate, subject to any signed agreement that applies to you.

3. Services and results

The exact scope of services, fees, commission arrangements, responsibilities, and term of representation will be set out in a separate written agreement where you are accepted as a client or model.

Growth, reach, engagement, bookings, revenue, and other outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise a specific result, income level, follower count, or timescale.

4. Your responsibilities

• Comply with applicable law and the terms of every platform you use.
• Keep control of your own accounts and do not provide credentials unless a separate written process expressly requires it.
• Own or have the right to use all content, images, media, and materials you provide to us.
• Treat our team, other models, clients, and partners respectfully and do not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, or infringing activity.

5. Content, intellectual property, and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you own. You grant us a limited permission to use materials you provide only as needed to assess your application, provide agreed services, promote your work where you have approved this, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Our brand, strategy materials, templates, and agency-created materials remain ours unless a signed agreement says otherwise. You must not use our name or materials in a misleading way.

6. AI-assisted DMCA removal service

After a model has signed with The Creators CLB, we may offer an AI-assisted service to help identify potential unauthorised copies of their content, organise evidence, and prepare or submit lawful takedown requests. This service is intended to support—not replace—appropriate legal and platform processes.

We do not guarantee that every item can be found or removed, that a host or platform will act, or that content will not reappear. We will only act on claims where the model has confirmed ownership or authority, and we may require supporting information before taking action.

7. Changes and contact
