1. Who can use the service

This service is available after a model has signed with The Creators CLB and completed any required onboarding or authorisation process. Availability, scope, and priority may depend on the model's agreement and the information available for a report.

2. What the service does

• Uses AI-assisted workflows to help identify possible leaked or unauthorised copies of content.
• Helps organise source links, evidence, ownership information, and reporting records.
• Prepares and, where authorised, submits lawful takedown or infringement reports to relevant hosts, platforms, search services, or other providers.
• Tracks report progress and may support follow-up action where appropriate.

3. Your authority and confirmation

Before we act, the model must confirm that they own the relevant content or have the authority to request its removal. We may request identification, ownership evidence, original files, URLs, timestamps, or other supporting materials. We will not knowingly submit false, misleading, retaliatory, or unauthorised claims.

4. Limits of the service

AI tools help us work more efficiently, but they do not guarantee that every copy will be found, that every report will be accepted, or that removed material will not reappear. Decisions are ultimately made by the relevant host, platform, search provider, or rights process. This service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.
